Angel hour is the part of raiseRED when you can reflect on the impact that cancer and blood diseases have had on the lives of so many loved ones and serves as a time to remember those that have lost their battle with cancer.

There will be reflective exercises that dancers can do together as well as a time where we cut off the hospital bands together that explain your reason for dancing.
