Join the Change: Become a Dancer Today!

Join the change! raiseRED is a student-run philanthropic organization at the University of Louisville which serves as a year-long fundraising effort and support system for children, families, doctors, and staff fighting pediatric cancer and blood disorders at Norton Children's Cancer Institute and the UofL School of Medicine.

These fundraising endeavors and events held throughout the year culminate in a 12-hour dance marathon to celebrate our families and efforts. As the largest philanthropic organization on campus, we invite all UofL students to join the fight and fundraise! The deadline to join is Thursday, Jan. 22, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Service Support Program

Service Support is a program aimed at increasing accessibility to raiseRED by eliminating the financial burden of fundraising for dancers who may be unable to raise the minimum amount necessary to attend the raiseRED Dance Marathon. The goal of this program is to give individuals the opportunity to show their support and involvement to raiseRED through the donation of their time and dedication to the community.

Those interested can apply for this paid service opportunity to be eligible to complete a total of 25 service hours in order for $200 to go towards their dancer minimum goal. All dollar amounts will be awarded directly to the dancer's fundraising page.
