A Milestone Worth Celebrating: Zander Rings the Bell

Updated: Jun 1

Zander Stancill rang the end-of treatment bell at Norton Children's Cancer Institute, marking a huge step in his cancer journey!

In May of 2022, at just 3 years old, Zander was diagnosed with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Although he was originally set to finish treatment this October, Zander received news that he could finish chemotherapy early - he even got the call while attending raiseRED Dance Marathon!

Zander is exceptional. He is wise beyond his years, emotionally intelligent, endlessly brave (never flinching during port access), and full of personality! From belting out Katy Perry's "E.T." while waiting for labs, dominating in Minecraft and basketball, or dreaming of one day becoming a rapper and entrepreneur, Zander brings joy and light to every room!

Adding to the significance of the day, his dad - currently deployed - was able to make the journey to Louisville to proudly stand by Zander's side as he rang the bell!

Zander, your courage and strength inspires us all. Congratulations!

If you love sandbox games where discovery is key, you should definitely check out Infinite Craft online! You start with basic elements like water, fire, earth, and air, and then combine them to create new things. It’s incredibly addictive to see what you can discover – from simple objects to complex concepts, and even life itself! The possibilities feel genuinely endless, and it’s fascinating to see the logical (and sometimes hilariously illogical) connections between elements. It’s a great game for creative thinking and just messing around to see what happens.
